    Hi, 

    I'm looking to take the AI - Digital Bots & Knowledge exam this month and wondered if there are any practice tests for this exam?  I liked like to experience the format of the exam before I take it, it helps me with nerves.

    Does anyone know where I can find a practice exam?  (I've looked on Webassessor and there isn't a practice test for this cert.

    At this time, there isn't an official practice test available for the AI – Digital Bots & Knowledge exam.

    I also have an issue with test anxiety when I take any test that has an immediate payoff.  A trick that has helped me work thru the Genesys certs is this:  When you get into the test, Read the Question, Read the Answers, Read the Question a second time, take a breathe, choose your answer and move on.  If you can't immediately find the answer, eliminate what it isn't - usually you can drop 1-2.  This approach allows you to slow down, not making rushed mistakes and helps improves success in passing.  It should help a bit with those butterflies too.

    I made my own practice test for this certification and I am more than happy to share what I came up with. I passed both exams by the way.

    Yes, there are practice exams available for the Genesys Cloud AI – Digital Bots & Knowledge (GC‑AI‑DB) certification, but they're hosted outside of Webassessor. You can find sample questions and timed practice tests on sites like VMExam and DirectCertify.

    *but, These practice exams are not provided by Genesys directly, so treat them as study aids rather than guaranteed replicas.

    Hi Laura,

    I mainly prepared for the AI & Bot certification based on the hands-on experience I gained working with bots in real scenarios. That practical usage helped a lot during the exam.

    One area I wasn't very familiar with was the Knowledge Portal, since I don't use it much day to day, so it's worth reviewing. There were also some questions about Predictive Engagement with chatbots, which I was already comfortable with.

    My advice is to focus on real bot usage and complement it with the official documentation for the topics you don't use often.
