    Hi all, 

    I am looking for an integration solution to integrate Genesys Cloud and SAP C4C. I came across The Smart Connector for SAP but it comes with a price.

    Are there any other ways to integrate Genesys Cloud and SAP C4C so to allow having Genesys Cloud embedded inside SAP C4C?

    Please share suggestions and links.

    If you are looking for automation/self-service through data actions, you can do that without the client.  You can use Genesys Cloud for Chrome as a floating toolbar alongside SAP and allow click-to-call by selecting then right-mouse and Make call.  As for screen pop, the old SAP was a pain with a SOAP call to the server with the SAP user id and have it pop a record.  I believe this is easier with C4C by calling a localhost port with ANI=NxxNxxXXXX.  https://blogs.sap.com/2020/07/29/configuring-cti-screen-pops-to-pass-to-the-cti-adapter/

    DaVinci supports integration of Genesys Cloud with both SAP C4C and SAP CRM.

    There are several solutions available through the AppFoundry, although I believe all of them come with some licensing cost associated with them.  Robert's suggestion is only one that comes to mind that has no additional cost to your Genesys Cloud licenses.
