    Good day All,

    Could you please advise if the FAX functionality is embedded on Genesys Cloud CX?

    Looking for a way to send and receive faxes on Genesys Cloud CX and then get the file converted to a PDF and saved in a shared folder.

    From this article, it seems to me that this functionality is available on Genesys PureCloud, but I'm not sure if this is available on Cloud CCX.

    Yes, Genesys Cloud supports fax.  Just create a dummy user and assign the fax DID to that user.  Then set the email address for that user to be the distribution email or the shared mailbox.  As faxes are sent to the DID, they will be received by that user and the fax will be attached to the notification Email sent to the shared email box.
