Content offers on Predictive Engagement single snippet
Predictive Engagement administrators can now trigger content offers on a single snippet to visitors, based on their contextual web activity. Managers and supervisors can view content offer performance in the action map performance report. For more information, see About content offers and Action map performance. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 2, Genesys Cloud User 3, Genesys Cloud User 1 Digital Upgrade II, or Genesys Cloud User 2 WEM Upgrade I.
