Hello Alan,
That warning only applies to the native "Genesys" Text To Speech and native the speech recognition that the inbound Call Flow can support. It will not prevent you from using Google TTS and the speech recognition that Dialogflow provides when the call is in the "Call Dialogflow CX Bot" action.

One of our customers requires Russian for their Google Dialogflow CX Voice Bot connected to Genesys Cloud CX. I enabled Google TTS in our Genesys environment, but when I select Russian in the architect flow (Supported Languages), I get the following errors:

Dialogflow CX itself supports Russian for TTS and STT, so I am trying to figure out what I need to get this to work, or is it just not supported with the Genesys Cloud CX / Dialogflow CX integration?
