    Dear all,

    We have our own software which is already integrated with Genesys PureConnect and PureEngage that allows users to capture their screen and also use their camera for camera recordings and snapshots.

    We need a Cloud Demo environment to integrate via Webhook and execute some tests. Is it possible?

    And how can we integrate our cloud software with Genesys Cloud via webhook?
