We have noticed version 2.23.732 has been released. To those that use Powershell Deployment Toolkit with SCCM, we have used the code to make sure that it closes the current session of Genesys Cloud, removes Genesys Cloud and then installs the latest version. You can find this here: https://silentinstallhq.com/genesys-cloud-install-and-uninstall-powershell/. This should be the same as us manually closing it and removing the old version and installing the new one. We did try a manual upgrade using this process for one user so we'll see if he has any freezes.

Yeah, they said that nothing was modified in the program from their end that would of caused this. They took a look at the event logs from one of our users who had the issue and saw that the Application SID didn't match the Conductor SID and think that something odd may have happened when we pushed out the update to users. In the past, most of our issues come from using the desktop version, so we just ended up just shifting our users to the web version and it has eliminated all errors we were seeing.

We had an issue with 2.22.723 as well. 95% of our company was using the desktop version and upon the update we started having complaints of computer freezing during calls as well as occasionally the application failing to launch upon startup (the screen would be just blank white). We opened a ticket with care and ended up shifting our users to the web version of genesys and are no longer seeing those issues occurring.

We seem to have a few people on our underwriter team whom have issues with version 2.22.723 Genesys Cloud desktop. The issues seem to happen when double chats come in and it ends up freezin the app and their system.
We have reverted in a test one person back to 2.21.721 and it resolved it for him. Originally was deployed via SCCM wouth powershell deployment toolkit. We were able to do this previously without usse. I see that 2.22.723 was was updated to chromium 111. Anything to do with this?
Also, has anyone else experience the same. This is also on systems that were freshly imaged and brand new.
