    Hi Community, the update below will be part of Genesys Cloud desktop app release next week. See Genesys Cloud desktop app release coming soon for more information.

    Hi Community,

    In an up coming release, the Genesys Cloud desktop app icon will be updated to reflect current Genesys branding. There is nothing you need to prepare for this update. The update is targeted for second half of September 2025.

    Same for the taskbar icon, I presume...what about the current logo in the top left corner in desktop and Web app both?

    Hi @George Ganahl, the taskbar, top left logo, and all instances which the icon appears for the desktop app. This update is not applicable for the web app.
