Hi community,
I'm testing the genesys cloud desktop app on windows (version 2.6.622.0).
In my profile, I have set "Allow Pop-up notifications". When I click "Send test notification" the popup is showing just fine.
But when I make an inbound call to the genesys user, the call notification is disappearing right after it pops. It's visible like 0.5 seconds, certainly not clickable ;-)
Is this anything someone experienced as well? Or maybe any tips on what I might be missing?
I wanted to reach out to the community before contacting support.
