I checked internally and I don't see any other reports of slowness in the desktop app this morning. I found your case and will keep an eye out for any other reports.

Good day all,
Has anyone been experiencing slowness in the Genesys Desktop app this morning? Around 9:00am EST we started getting reports of Genesys taking a along time to load. I timed it around 2 minutes. I have a ticket opened with Genesys. they are looking into it. I noticed the Orchestrators site took over 2 minutes to load for me. I don't see anything on the Genesys Status page or any AWS outages.
