In my example I've selected Queue, the blue line under the icons show which is selected, although I see in your example that you have no search results in any tab..
If you just created the queue try refreshing the browser and do a partial search for just "test".

Hello Jan, I tried also when setting it on the queues and still didn't show any queues results,
It doesn't really matter if we are in the users or queues or external contacts, when searching it should show results to all objects
As can be seeing in your print screen, you are on users but it still shows you queues results.

You currently have it set to filter on Users, you need to select All to the left or to filter on Queue

Hello all, we have an Org that has a problem,
When i search queue name in the dialpad i don't get the result of that queue, only users or external contacts result that match the input, no queue result.
I thought it maybe a permissions issue so i assign myself all permissions to all divisions but still the same behavior.
I couldn't find any documentation regarding that behavior\issue.
Does anyone encounter this behavior or know how can i deal with it?
