I need some help about this subject.

Please, could anybody help me?

Supose that a Company A purchases a Genesys Cloud CX 2 named user plan for 20 agents, they would receive 100,000 BYOC Cloud minutes that month.

In case of Company A use 40 agentes (plus 20 agents on demand), how many minutes would they receive? 100,000 or 200,000 BYOC Cloud minutes that month.

You get the same amount of Fair User per subscription you consume in the month, so your example should provide you the 200,000 BOC minutes per month.  GC2 Named get 5000 pupm, so that would be 40 x 5000 or 200,000 minutes per month.
