All are possible, but not with the standard Genesys CTI integration. Pretty much, that can only pop a case, email, or phone number search. Now, if you combine that with a URLPop to a visual force or lightning flow automation, you could pop multiple objects at the same time. The OneView integration for Salesforce does this OOB and has customization through Flow automation to just about any time of lookup and screen pop and it costs the same as the old Genesys one.
