    Hi 

    I have a few questions about Genesys Cloud for Salesforce below,

    1. Is it possible to pop up task and customer profile on SFDC at the same time by using standard configuration? if yes, please elaborate.
    2. Is it possible to auto create case on SFDC? if yes, please elaborate.
    3. Is it possible to pop up multiple tab/screen at the same time on SFDC by configuration or Extension point setting to use CTI extension apex class? if yes, please elaborate.

    All are possible, but not with the standard Genesys CTI integration.  Pretty much, that can only pop a case, email, or phone number search.  Now, if you combine that with a URLPop to a visual force or lightning flow automation, you could pop multiple objects at the same time.  The OneView integration for Salesforce does this OOB and has customization through Flow automation to just about any time of lookup and screen pop and it costs the same as the old Genesys one.
