Many thanks for the prompt reply and detailed explanation. This is helping me a lot especially in raising awareness about behavior that Genesys cloud users will need to have when we go into production.
I wish you also Happy Holidays.

Subject: Genesys Cloud for Salesforce - 10 browser tabs limitation - Support required
Hello Fabrizio,
While you may not experience this in a test environment going over 10 tabs but I have personally seen performance degradation in production environments. This can rage from the integration slow response times and random errors. A big issue I have seen that would in the past has required support cases is connectivity issues with the webrtc phone window and the webrtc phone in general.
Its very important to keep the number of concurrent browser tabs to 10 or lower if possible. Keep in mind that each browser tab should only run one instance of the embedded client.
If your client wants to have up to 10 browser tabs I would recommend have the webrtc phone browser configured as a pop out as a separate window to maintain connectivity while navigating between the different tabs.
Hope this helps.
Happy Holidays!

Subject: Genesys Cloud for Salesforce - 10 browser tabs limitation - Support required
Dear Genesys Community forum,
I'm currently implementing Genesys Cloud for Salesforce for one of our Customer. This Customer is using Saleforce lightning without console navigation.
I land to the following link in the Resource Center: Can I run Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework or Genesys Cloud for Salesforce in multiple browser tabs? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
In this article is stated: "You can only run the integrations in up to 10 browser tabs."
I performed some tests, but I could not find what would happen when this limit is exceeded.
Question: Can somebody tell me what might happen when this limit is exceeded in terms of connector malfunctions, WebRTC, browser malfunctions, etc. ?
Many thanks and Kind regards,
Fabrizio
