    Is there a way to set up a group in Genesys cloud so that voicemails are sent to a central email address rather than sent to the Genesys inbox of all the members of that group?

    My solution for that problem:

    a) create a user with that group-email-address. (no login, no costs)

    b) create a overflow-group with only that user.

    c) Configure an overflow from your group to the overflow-group and deactivate voicemail in your primary group.
