Genesys Cloud - Main

My team and I are attempting to convert our org from on-prem-only to Hybrid Media, and have been receiving some level of assistance from integration partners, and doing some configuration on our own. We're now at the step where we've moved our premise edges to the "Genesys Cloud Hybrid Media Group" (which...I believe is auto-created...or at least not-created-by-us at some point in this journey), and were going to go enable Site Links to our core site...However, when we go to the configuration tab of our core site, we get a messaging stating 'Note: No linkable sites found.'

When i did a bit more digging, i looked at the data that comes back from the /edges endpoint of the Genesys APIs, and find that the 'hybrid' flag for our "Genesys Cloud Hybrid Media Group" is set to 'false'...I have no idea if this is the root cause, if i can fix this myself, or if anyone has any recommendations of what to do here, but I can't proceed any further with configuring Hybrid Media unless I can enable Site Links, so any help would be appreciated!

This may sound counterintuitive but did you "add" BYOC - Premise to your Organization as part of the process? We have been finding that some Premise Organizatons, that were activated awhile back and are now converting to Hybrid, need to add BYOC Premise even though they are already Premise-based.
