While I can't speak to any best practices or regulatory considerations, I would recommend utilizing a set of cloud Edges within the org. This will handle the call routing, media, text-to-speech, AI capabilities, etc. I would recommend taking a look at this article in the Resource Center to get a take a look at some of the initial start up steps.

Hello,
We are planning a Genesys deployment in Turkey and I'd appreciate any insights or recommendations from those who have experience in this region.
Are there any best practices, local regulatory considerations, carrier limitations, or technical constraints we should keep in mind when deploying Genesys Cloud in Turkey?
I am getting advices that we would need an edge for the media, however I am wondering if that is true.
I was thinking we could connect our Telco to an eSBC using a private IP interface, while leveraging public IPs for the Genesys connectivity.
