Dear Community,
Our customer is willing to onboard on Genesys Cloud Knowledge Fabric in order to help their agents and leverage on Genesys AI functions. Nevertheless, their current Knowledge Base is mostly leveraging on Confluence Atlassian and used outside of Genesys for backoffice team.
Thus, our thoughts now would be to consider a solution integrating/importing Confluence Knowledge into Genesys.
Fo you have any experience around this? Do you know any existing Appfoundry solution that could do the work ?
