Is it on a specific page or all of them? As far as I know there is know setting to refresh a page automatically. Is only one user impacted? I would suggest that you clear the browser cache and restart the browser, or try PureCloud in another browser supported by Genesys. I believe PureCloud uses WebSockets to communicate the latest data to the agents/supervisors. There is no need for the entire page to reload per a certain interval.
Just had a quick look in the requests made by the PureCloud interface and it indeed uses WebSockets:

I would just like to know if there is a setting specific to an agent that makes his or her page refresh every thirty or so minutes? I have three supervisors reporting that their Genesys Cloud Page keeps refreshing on their own every after 30 mins.
