  • 1.  Genesys Cloud Pop up script default view

    Hello,

    I'm working on setting up pop up scripts for my test environment and am having issues finding a way to change the default view for a user when they are receiving an interaction.

    When an agent receives a call, the interaction window pops up but it defaults to profile. Users have to deselect this to view the short script. Below is an example of what it currently looks like. I would like to have a way to make all profiles have this unselected by default so it shows the full pop up script on the interactions page without needing the user to click any buttons while answering a call at the same time.

    I am calling this script via just using the default script option under a queue. Nothing in architect is setup to display this pop up script.

    Hey Tim, 

    If I understand correctly, you want to change the default view when an interaction comes in. You can go to ADMIN->CONTACT CENTRE->PANEL MANAGER. Here you can select the default view when an interaction comes in. Note, on calls the script is always in the main screen, where as in digital interactions it will be on the panel. You can see I have script selected as the default for messaging.
