    I am looking for recommendations for any kind of learning materials for Genesys Cloud. YouTube video's, channels, demo's. Have looked on you tube and found some playlists on the subject but I am looking for more detailed information.

    Any recommendations would be greatly apprciated.

    Take a look at genesys Beyond (does require a subscription) - beyond.genesys.com

    Genesys knowledge network and resource centre often has videos on specific items - https://know.genesys.com

    Didn't mention this in my original post, currently we are in a Pure Connect (V 2022 R2) environment and we are looking into Genesys cloud for our Dialer.

    There are lots of recording on the Resource site and you might consider a subscription to Beyond.genesys.com.  If you just want to binge on YouTube, here is my playlist:  Robert's Playlist

    Thank you Robert for your response and the link. I will watch those video's. I do not have a subscription to Beyond.Genesys as of yet. We are in the very early stages at this point.
