I asked for an ETA on the ticket I have open and around 8:25am EST I was told they hoped to have everything back within 2 hours.
The interactions for today in the interactions view are slowly catching up and agents are showing up in queue activity, but there are still some other issues slowly coming back up.
This should be added to the status page, but is not showing as an incident. I don't know who makes the call or what factors are used to determine what makes it up there, but it would be helpful in keeping everyone informed.
