    Hello all,
    Anyone here implemented Genesys Web Callback by following the blueprint shared by Genesys ?

    I'm able to implement and connect the JS code into OAUTH of Genesys environment. I have query regarding how the mapping done to the campaigns ?

    Where the agentless (always running campaign) is mapped into the callback data. I have given request from Web portal , how its passed into Campaigns ?
    Is it through Data Table ? or Any API available for campaigns to auto pick ?

    Kindly provide your valuable thoughts on the same. Appreciated in advance,
