Good question, Nathan. I am unable to go to specifics, but from the scenario description it sounds like the Identity Provider will not be able to recognize the logout action. So I guess either it won't log users out completely when performing a logout action, or it might not let a logged out user log back in because the logout action was unauthenticated. All from context, so please don't quote me on this one 😅
What is sure is that it will impact the login-logout experience. So if you are using SSO, best to err on the side of caution and update the certificates as soon as possible.
