    Hi Team,

    Is anyone experiencing issues with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration between Genesys Cloud and Azure AD? When logging out from Genesys Cloud, it also logs out other SSO-integrated applications

    Hey Asim,

    I don't think that should be happening. I would recommend raising a case with Product Support and providing them network and consoles logs when logging out so they can investigate why that is happening.
