I´d like some help to understand the information that our partners is reading at Storage calculator - Genesys Cloud Resource Center an
According the calculator results we have the Estimated storage and costs in 3 columns (Total required monthly storage, Total included monthly storage and Total monthly charge). The question is about the Total included monthly storage column, What i explained is that the ammount of storage, for the ORG is simple - number of agents x license type = ORG Storage
But when the partner read a Totak inckudes monthly storage, he understand:
- That the size calculated for being used in the month; And again used in the others successively.
Example: if in my calculation, I have 4,225.00 GB in the Total included monthly storage column, it means that you can use this storage value per month.

And why this understanding: If I pay for use of the license per month, all items related to it are also paid per month. Therefore, in this line of reasoning, what is exceeded in the month must be paid too much, or as they already know, an archiving policy was created to avoid overpayment.

Could you help me clarify?

If you look at the fair use charges here:  Fair use data storage usage and charges - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com), it states:  The fair use allocations are provided for your organization by counting the number of billable users of each license type during the period, and applying the allowance shown in the table below for each user to determine the total amount of allocated data storage for your organization during the period. 

Therefore, if you have 100, GC3 subscriptions, you are given 42.25 gb/month per user or 4225 gb/month for your ORG, which is approximately 6 hours a day per agent for 36 months of recordings.  Anything you move into Archive is not included in your monthly use calculation.  Also, remember that your total is pooled between all users on the system.
