Previously on Genesys Cloud, STT (Speech-to-Text) based on Microsoft Azure and Google was provided under Integrations.

However, I noticed that the features are not available at the moment.

I searched on AppFoundry, but upon login, it only refreshes the page.

Does anyone know how to access the Genesys Cloud STT Integration within Azure or Google?

You should just be able to go to the Integrations section in Admin and press the "+ Integrations" in the top right hand corner and add it to your org from this interface. Works the same for both Google and Azure STT.

Ah. Well, the documentation does state:

I just checked that with Genesys Customer Support yesterday, and they said we do not have BYOT Rate E to our subscription!

Ah. Well, the documentation does state:

I guess the question is: What do you need to use this for?

EVTS is only for the interaction transcription. STT is for Bot speech to text. They are used for different things, at least to my understanding.

Yes, My first response was on STT EVTs not TTS, but just replied to make it clear as yes lots of people get confused, especially since like for us we want for our voice bots to use prompts not TTS, but want the bot to understand en-nz, so we use enhanced TTS to use Cognitive Services Language engine in the bot.

So to be clear

EVT for STT for Transcripts (used for speech and text analytics topics, evaluations, topic miner etc)

Enhanced TTS for Bots (even if its just for the language model)

And my understanding is neither require BYOT - E

Previously on Genesys Cloud, STT (Speech-to-Text) based on Microsoft Azure and Google was provided under Integrations.

However, I noticed that the features are not available at the moment.

I searched on AppFoundry, but upon login, it only refreshes the page.

Does anyone know how to access the Genesys Cloud STT Integration within Azure or Google?
