Genesys Audiohook service isn't receiving data when i directly call Genesys cloud voice number from Skype.It seems to be working fine when i do an SIP transfer through Inbound Request-URI Reference using another number. Am I doing something wrong ?( I have turned on transcription in the Architect flow and recording in the trunk)
