    Dear Community Forum,

    We are working on a migration project from Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud for one of our Customer. The reporting team has been provided to us a list of KPI currently used today to generate reports with Genesys CX Insights. 

    Question: Have any of you created a table comparing the reporting KPIs between the two Genesys solutions?

    I added a spreadsheet that we used previously for something similar.  Not sure if this will help you. 

    I would also recommend having a look at this as a starting point and adding the cloud metric that matches with what you have on engage- https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/metric-definitions/
