    The Genesys Cloud WEM Customer Demo series is back.
    What it is?
    The 2023 Genesys Cloud WEM Customer Demo series is an event held periodically to give you an inside look into the Genesys Cloud CX Workforce Engagement Management suite!

    These convenient demo sessions are designed to be quick and informative, providing you with a general overview of our WEM solution, and diving deeper into some of our exciting capabilities.
    What can you expect from this 2023 first Genesys Cloud WEM Customer Demo series?
    • In our first session Katherine Gomez, Solution Lead of Workforce Engagement Management at Genesys will give us a complete rundown of the WEM functionalities and how these functionalities work together to unleash employees' superpowers.

    • During our second session she'll talk about how Genesys WEM Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities play a crucial role in driving productivity and efficiency; walking us through the functionalities needed to forecast, schedule, and plan, ensuring contact centers meet service levels while maintaining the flexibility to deliver an empathetic experience for employees and customers.

    • In our last session, she'll explain how WEM plays a crucial role in driving employee engagement and becoming a differentiator for organizations. She'll walk us through the Genesys Cloud Quality Assurance & Compliance and Employee Performance & Engagement capabilities showing how automated and AI-powered capabilities can help users and organizations boost employee engagement, gain insights quickly and utilize findings to correct, improve and innovate in their employee experience and customer service.
