    I would like to know how to do staffing forecast in Genesys Cloud WFM?
    In Genesys Engage WFM, we have an option to do forecast of staffing with IV and AHT. But in Genesys Cloud WFM, I am not seeing any such option available.
    However, after generating schedule in Genesys Cloud WFM, I can see the forecast and scheduled staffing count and their difference on schedule page.

    That is what we are doing now. Generate a schedule to see the headcount. There are some enhancement requests out there already for long term forecasting.
