    Hi All,

    I would like to know whether any option is available in Genesys Cloud WFM to enable automatic approval/denial of time-off requests raised by agents, like we have automatic approval for shift trade requests.

    This is on the roadmap and coming in the next quarter or two.  It looks pretty easy and in a couple of phases to have a number of hours assigned to each agent and decrementing it with each request.  After that is in place, automatic approval or denying would be possible.

    Hi Rahul,

    The ability to set time off limits at the management unit level and have auto approval rules based on those limits is targeted for delivery at the end of October, 2021.
