We are currently struggling with the same situation where we cannot use any of the Genesys Mobile apps (Communicate, Collaborate or Tempo), because they are not fully integrated with the InTune application for MDM. Just wondering if there was ever any progress on getting this on the roadmap.
If not, I did find an idea on the ideas board relating specifically to the Tempo app and integration with an MDM solution (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-820). If anyone else is struggling with this limitation, please consider upvoting this idea.

When you say "integrated with inTunes", I assume that you're talking about Intune Mobile Application Management (MAM), https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps? At this time, Communicate app does not have any specific features to allow Intune management. From my understanding, an app has to integrate the Intune App SDK in order to support the MAM policies. It would be up to Genesys to integrate the Intune SDK.

The Communicate app is free of charge in the App Store. So, I believe it could be assigned with Intune. However, this app does not currently have any specific Intune-related integrations which I believe are needed for hooking up to the Intune mobile app protection policies.
