    Hello Team,

    I am part of the Genesys Development team and am currently exploring CRM integrations with Genesys Cloud Architect/Flows. I would like to understand the integration process and best practices for connecting Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Genesys Cloud.

    If anyone has expertise in these integrations, I would greatly appreciate your insights, recommendations, or any relevant documentation that could help.

    Amin,

    I'm not sure about Microsoft 365, but Genesys has built in integrations for Salesforce. If you go into the administration menu and go to IT and Integrations -> Integrations and search for Salesforce, you will see 3 or 4 different integrations that are available.
