Hello Team,

Recently business has reported issue in Genesys - copilot summarisation failed to load.

multiple departments are affected.

As we check we have set AI summary limit per minute 20, earlier it was working fine but recently we add copilot licenses from Genesys.

more agents are now user AI copilot hence this limit is not sufficient.

Now my question is to increase this limit from 20 to 50 how much price will affect or AI tokens get use?

Cost is something you will have to talk to your CSM or TAM about.
