    If you're referring to the Certified AI Orchestrator badge, you'll first need to join the Genesys Orchestrators Program:
     
    https://orchestrators.genesys.com/
     
    From there, complete the AI learning path and the required activities in the program. You can track your progress and see the badge requirements in the Achiever's Lounge.
     
    If you're not seeing the badge after completing the requirements, I'd recommend reaching out to the Orchestrators team at GenesysOrchestrators@genesys.com.

    Join https://orchestrators.genesys.com/ 

    you will find points you have already, you can earn more points by passing exams, or compleption of courses. you can eaern points by joining communities, suggesting best solutions. 

    Earned points can be used for certification exam fees.
