    Is anyone using Netskope to route traffic from the desktop app to Genesys Cloud?  We have recently implemented Netskope and are struggling to maintain a stable environment and are looking for any guidance that could help us.  Thank you, Nick

    Nick, is the instability with the interface or with the WebRTC phone?  Have you tested with the Web Client?  Also, make sure your Netskope is not doing SIP inspection.
