    I don't quite understand the article. I'm wondering if, for example, the stream is 20 seconds long, would the full minute be billed? I don't quite understand the 15-second increments.

    Hi Soraya, my understanding of it is like this:

    20 seconds would be two 15 second increments. If you had 11 of these over the total billing period, that is twenty two 15 second increments.

    twenty two 15 second second increments is 5.5 minutes, which would get rounded up to 6 minutes. So 6 minutes is what you are charged for.
