    Hello all,

    I do have requirement of integrating Genesys Dialog Engine with Genesys Cloud basically Genesys Widget. As all know , it doesn't support Rich Media.

    hence, I'm looking your support interms of customization of product, Anyone here has done it by adding button, adaptive cards , suggestion chips or date pickers.If yes, Could you please provide the way how you have achieved  and solutions ideas would be appreciated.

    Rich media support is built into the new Web Messaging APIs and Bot Flows will support them soon as well.  Last Roadmap showed quick replies, carousels, and action buttons.

    I can see the ability to send images in the Web Messaging API but nothing on things like Quick Replies or other rich media. 

    I understand Quick Replies may be in Beta now, I have beta access to Web Messaging, does something else need to be turned on?
