    Hi all,

    Does Genesys Dialog Engine support import feature ?. Can we import JSON from Google/LEX or BOTMOCK file. 

    Can we add the Carousel Cards, Buttons, Drop down list in the Genesys Dialog Engine. How to customize the Genesys Dialog engine and what is backend software used for customization - C# or any ?

    Support will be appreciated.

    Bot flows should support Archy now with YAML.  That will allow export and import.  

    Web Messaging will allow for cards, carousels, and buttons, so once that is finished, Bot Flows should be able to support them in the near future.  These do help the customer experience for mobile users especially.
