Hi Nikhil,
The area you've highlighted (the "Message Us" bar at the top of the widget) is the standard header of the Web Messaging client.
Genesys Cloud does not provide a configuration option to add a custom Download button in that header (
or anywhere else inside the native Messenger chrome). You can change things like title text, colours, and some behaviour from
Admin > Messenger, but not add new buttons there.
If your requirement is a download button for the full conversation transcript from the customer's view, again, no out‑of‑the‑box functionality is available
