    Hi Nikhil, 

    If I am understanding you correctly, yes download button functionality is possible in digital chatbots for customers. 

    The way you can do this is by the bot sending files to customers. Digital bots can send image files to customers, files are shared by specifying a public URL in the bot flow. The customer can then click/tap to download files in the chat interface.

    Hi Nikhil,

    The area you've highlighted (the "Message Us" bar at the top of the widget) is the standard header of the Web Messaging client.
    Genesys Cloud does not provide a configuration option to add a custom Download button in that header (or anywhere else inside the native Messenger chrome). You can change things like title text, colours, and some behaviour from Admin > Messenger, but not add new buttons there.
    If your requirement is a download button for the full conversation transcript from the customer's view, again, no out‑of‑the‑box functionality is available
