  • 1.  Genesys Dynamic Platform Issue

    Hello Folks,

    I am facing some issues with a new Genesys implementation on US-east region. We recently purchased this partition and trying to setup the trunks.

    Action taken:

    Created SIP Trunk on Genesys Side as usual (enabled High Performance under Outbound)

    Added all the Legacy and Dynamic FQDNs on SBC with port 5061

    Imported all the certificate that we were using along with AmazonrootCA1 and AmazonrootCA2

    Using the right cipher as suggested on the portal.

    can see legacy FQDNs added as sip trunk in SBC all are up and running but dynamic ones are not coming up.

    While checking the pcap , it shows "fatal error unknown CA"

    Could you please share how you have setup the Dynamic platform with SBC and guide me here ?

    Hello Datta,

    It looks like that error is related to a certificate authority trust issues with TLS connections. The certificate must include the full chain of trust, including all intermediate certificates so I would recommend Customer downloading the certificate and testing again. If that still does not work, you will need to have Product Support look into the pcap and investigate further.
