    Hi All,

    I just provisioned Genesys Edge.

    After provisioning completed, is it possible to access and view any configuration information from the Edge Console?

    There is login and password required to access it. What is the default login and password?

    Please advise,

    Hello Heribertus,

    We do not provide login info over the public Community. You will need to reach out to Product Support with the serial number of the device that you would like access to.
