Hello, how does someone get access to the Ideas Portal? Any information listed on here has links that lead to nowhere and any documented instructions do not work. 

How can someone get access to the Ideas Portal ? I have a coworker who has access to the knowledge network but can't get into the portal. 

Try using this link:  

https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io

and have them use the login for the knowledge login credentials.

It always says 'User not assigned' when they try the link.
