    Is there any possibility of integrating NICE inContact telephony CTI with Genesys cloud CX like Salesforce and ServiceNow CTI integrations?

    I'm curious to know what you think this would look like?
    NICE inContact is an alternative to / competitor of Genesys Cloud.
    Salesforce and ServiceNow are CRMs
