For 1&2 are you expecting Agents to delete outbound messages? Or End-Users to delete inbound messages? For Agents being able to delete outbound messages, we have an Idea posted here: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DXWMM-I-29 Do you have a use-case for End-Users being able to delete?
Regarding 3. (File attachments): these can be enabled or disabled in Admin UI > Messenger Configuration. If you need more granular control, we are now working on improvement in order to leverage Supported Content Profile: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DXWMM-I-19

I have a few questions regarding Genesys Messenger.
I believe this is not about the embedded chat feature in Genesys Cloud.
- Is there an option to delete a message that I've already sent?
- As far as I know, messages that have already been sent cannot be deleted manually. (reference: Can I delete a chat message? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center) However, I noticed some messages were deleted in chats. What is the criteria for deleted messages?
- Also, is there an option to disable file attachment so that customers would not be able to do so?
