Hi, I have got the integration done on http on my local network. While deploying on my sevure portal, no error reported but web messaging icon does not appear.
can anyone please help me here ? intertion working perfectly fine on http.

Hi - it's hard to tell, but for sure Https should work. Perhaps a matter of adding your domain to the list of allowed domains in corresponding Messenger Deployment. If that doesn't change, please raise this through Genesys Care, so we can investigate: ticket can be opened here

Any way around by which i can check if some other script is blocking this ? I have allowed all the domains but still facing the same issue

Perhaps you have can check if your site enforces CSP (Content Security Policy). To address that you can check here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/contentSecurityPolicy
