    Do you. have any idea how long it will take to provide the voucher for points redeemed on the Genesys Advocacy (Genesys Cloud Certification Exams)?

    Already 3 Working days passed 😞

    Hi Ajay,

    Learning subscriptions and exam vouchers purchased from the Advocacy Rewards Store are fulfilled manually and may take a few days to process from when you redeem your points, depending on the team's current request volume.I would contact GenesysOrchestrators@genesys.com if you haven't gotten feedback after a week or so. From experience, a week is around the norm.

    It took 5 days for me, but I eventually received it.

    Also, check your spam folder just to be sure.

    In my case, I requested the subscription on April 21, and I received access the next day.
     
    If you don't receive it within 7 days, I recommend following Martin's example.
