Workforce Engagement Management

Hello!

Is there a way to disable the use of quotes in an agent's profile information. We are also looking to disable the addition of the following sections: Biography, Education, Relationships, and Skills and Certifications. 

Right now, all agents see the "add new section" button where they can add these sections and enter in this information on their own. This is something we want to turn off, so they do not have the required permissions to add to their biography, etc.

It looks like that is possible - it seems most are set up with a default profile, this isn't a WEM setting so I would check with your Administration team - https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/standard-profile-fields/
