Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi team,

I'm trying to build a dashboard in the Supervisor iPad app for an outbound campaign to provide an overview of agent and queue performance. I can't seem to find the right metrics to build one out, however I am able to get a relatively comprehensive Campaigns Dashboard via Genesys Cloud in-browser. Does this functionality exist somewhere, or am I right in assuming that it's not available for the Supervisor App?

Thanks for your question. Metrics for outbound campaigns are not available in Supervisor iPad app. It's not in the current product roadmap, but I will pass along this request to our Product Management team as a requested capability.
